What to Expect

Player Evaluations & Balanced Teams

Every player begins with an evaluation session, allowing our staff to assess ability, experience, and overall performance.

Following evaluations:

• Players are split up into even teams during the evaluation session. Players registered from the same club team will likely be split up amongst the teams to try to balance each team evenly. 
• All teams are coached by experienced Soccer Youth staff
• Rosters are built to ensure fair, competitive matchups

This structure guarantees that every player competes in the right environment, regardless of how they registered.

We encourage teams to experience the event together. To make that easier, we offer discounted rates for teams bringing multiple players.

How It Works

Teams that plan to register 5 or more players will receive a discounted rate for every player on the roster.

• All players still register individually
• A team-specific team discount code is provided
• The discount is applied at checkout using the code

Discount Details

$100 OFF per player (Applies to every player registered with the team code)

• Each team receives a unique discount code
• Players enter the code during registration
• Discount is automatically applied at checkout
• Only players using the code receive the discounted rate

Important Notes

• Must be a verified coach to qualify.
• Discounts are based on total players registered with the team code
• Players who do not use the code will pay full price
• Discounts cannot be applied after registration is completed
